Managing Director - Training & Development

The training executive will formulate, develop and execute the development strategy and training implementation for an expanding global network of Virtuoso member agencies and sales consultants.  This newly created position requires the vision and leadership to build an industry-leading foundation for training and development initiatives coupled with the ability to implement tactical programs and objectives in support of sustaining and growing a best-in-class program with measurable performance results in production and recruitment metrics. Regional Sales Director -  Member Sales and Service
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
The Regional Sales Director Member Sales and Service has overall responsibility for increasing the sales of Virtuoso Member Agencies. This will be done by developing, in partnership with the Agency Owner/Manager, a Strategy for Growth plan which will emphasize Virtuosos commitment to growth and profitability for agency members. Focus will be on developing both the agencys and the front-line consultants sales skills, product focus, marketing initiatives and sales activities to achieve sales goals. It includes the communication and engagement of members in Virtuoso sales, talent development programs- such as Local Business Development and lead generation programs. Account Manager - Cruise Sales
Location: Seattle, Washington/New York, New York*

The primary responsibility of the Cruise Sales Account Manager is the achievement of annual company and department sales targets for their assigned portfolio of cruise accounts and the implementation of new sales models and business processes aimed at achieving these goals. This person must be self-motivated, experienced, and proactive in account management. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May lead and direct the work of others as needed.
